The Bsnl introduce new offers to its users at Haryana and Bihar. This offer make them to provide 10000 STD free minutes . But the validity is only one day.To own this offer, just type STD and send to 53738. Then your account will be credited with 9999.50rs.
If you are Haryana users then you will be charged for rs.30 and for Bihar user it will be rs.50 from your main balance.
