How to check the activation of windows xp

Some of  us use the trail pack or any third parties OS for our system.In the time we think to check whether our windows has been activated or it will expired soon.
 To check about activation
Go to
Start->Run->type->oobe/msoobe /a->press enter.
That will shows about the activation of our Os. If it is activated means it shows as,
Windows is already activated.click ok to exit.
 If it is not activated means, it shows as,
Else, you will be asked to let’s activate Windows now, which means that the copy of Windows XP installation is not yet activated.
